Do Americans get Accepted to Oxford or Cambridge for Undergraduate Medicine?

I know that the number of students accepted outside the UK is less than 20 for each school, does anyone know the exact number of Americans accepted to either for Medicine? If you do study Medicine for 6 years after high school, do you know what it takes to enter the US to practice medicine? Thank you!
