Is it good enough

So, when I took my SAT in May, I got a score of 1720. With true honesty, I could've done better. But I am very tired of the SAT, and I want to move onto the ACT. I am seriously trying to get into NJIT, and if I (fingers crossed), get above a 33 on my ACT, is it good enough, or at least have an o.k chance of getting into NJIT? Note= GPA of 3.05 (not the best, but I worked for it)
