Hi,
I'd like to apply to schools in the US which offer full financial aid (need-based) to int'l applicants. can I have a list of such schools? I know that top schools (ivy league etc) offer need based financial aid to int'l applicants but their admission rate is very low i.e. they are highly selective. are there schools with high admission rate which can satisfy my condition?
