What does this mean?
"Dear student applicant to The Leadership Award,
As you consider your college admissions decision, we invite you to save the date to experience student and campus life at UC Berkeley through the OVERNIGHT STAY PROGRAM (OSP), a 2-day campus visit organized by the Cal Alumni Student Association (CASA).
*Please note that receiving this invitation does not in any way impact Admissions decisions, and your decision to attend OSP is contingent upon your admission to UC Berkeley. If accepted, you will receive an email from us on March 27 with instructions on how to register online at: http://alumni.berkeley.edu/osp.*
The Overnight Stay Program provides the opportunity to experience all aspects of Cal student life:
- visit the UC Berkeley campus
- eat at residence dining halls
- attend classes & learn about campus resources
- speak with current Cal students, alumni, and faculty
- stay overnight with a Cal student in the dormitories
- partake in Cal traditions................."
Etc, etc, etc.
So... is this a good sign?? I've starred one portion of the email that I'm not sure about... judging from what it said, I don't think it means a definite acceptance, since it DOES say that it has nothing to do with the actual admissions decision...................
Still, a guy can hope... right?
